Can I opt out of notification emails from mumsnet?

They not useful to me and I don't want them! Can't see anything in settings though to opt out... (I use my phone for mumsnet but browser not app).

click on the "I'm watching" tab and it is at the top says receive notifications yes no

There's a link at the bottom of the actual email I think to opt out
