To be irritated that the swimming pool let the 4pm class get changed for swimming before informing that the pool needed cleaning??!!

Someone from the baby class had pooed in the water... ok it happens and the water needed changing. But surely the reception should have told us when we went in??

May be it had happened before you went in?
I know from a lifeguards point of view that the main priority is sorting the pool out so it can be back in use ASAP
Do you stop at reception for them to be able to tell you it is out of action?
Could it have happened while you were changing?

Grrr, that is infuriating, we've had lesson's cancelled and they don't tell you until you have arrived at the building (prebooked lessons, they could have phoned round), which is bad enough but to let the children get changed first, grrrr!

"Someone from the baby class had pooed in the water" - let's hope it was one of the babies!

Mind you Whoops may have a point there, depends when it happened I suppose.

I think they were spending the time trying to sort the pool out, fair enough but if they'd radioed reception, they could have put a notice out telling us not to bother if we needed the training pool! Took dd to the local park instead so I didn't waste the parking ticket.
