Posted here for traffic. Has anyone done a York test and had a worthwhile conclusion?

I've read conflicting opinions on whether they're genuine or not. Thanks.

I have & it was the biggest waste of money ever!

Didn't mention the things I was definitely reacting to, just highlighted cashew nuts, which I'm fine with.

Didn't watchdog do a thing a while ago where they sent the same blood sample and got several different results?

Well that seems like an overriding no then!
They're so expensive...

Is there anything out there that can test for intolerances?!

The problem is that although intolerances may exist there is only the lactose intolerance test that actually has any basis in science.
The rest are snake oil.
Can you try an elimination diet?

I have been trying for years. It would just be nice to have something that can definitively say yup, don't eat that. Equally for the DC.

I don't think such a thing exists is the problem op.
Not trying to suggest you don't have any issues just that the science is not there to tell you and anyone telling with certainty doesn't actually have that certainty.
