Aww bless her, try not to worry - easier said than done I know, especially if she's your first!
She might have a cold on her tummy, or trapped wind. Are you starting to wean? Has she had something new to eat? Or have you been out somewhere with "new" children - to a playgroup or somewhere she might have picked up a bug?
Does she have a temperature?
I'd wait for the next feed/breakfast and see if she keeps it down. Have you given her a drink of water, and has it stayed down?
How are her nappies, has she had diarrhea?
That said, if you're really worried (and you know her best!) phone OOH or wait until 8 and get a GP appointment just in case.

This happened to my very placid, non crying baby 36 years ago.
It was so unlike him I remember it clearly.I was convinced that he had at least appendicitis.
GP came out,(at 3am) as they did then and diagnosed an ear infection Confused and prescribed penicillin.
Baby started to pick up after the first dose and was fully recovered by the next day.
Hope your little one gets better soon. Mx.
