to send zopiclone in the post?

My dad left his zopiclone (sleeping tablets) and painkillers at my house. He lives the other side of the country and doesn't drive. I was just going to pop them in the post to save him going back to the doctors (he can't get an appointment for 1.5 weeks anyway). It occurred to me that this might not be allowed? Can you send zopiclone in the post?

I believe so - you can certainly order it online in the UK, at any rate.

I get sent my bucket load of drugs through the post from pharmacy2u and only sign for the controlled drugs. Should be fine and am sure he will be very grateful!
