to quickly ask for advice from a pharmacist or doctor

I'm just asking in case there are people on here now who know the answer - it's important but not life threatening hence me not going straight to my doctor/111 for advice.

I had pregnancy induced hypertension and my baby is now 11 months. The hypertension has persisted and I'm now on the following tablets:

20mg Candesartan
5mg Amlodipine

I've been taking this combination since 27/12/18 and so far my blood pressure has been steadily around 130/85 - not amazing but I was regularly up and around 150/95 on only the candesartan so the amlodipine has really helped.

I've just returned to work from mat leave and it's my third day - that's where I am now. I had an absolutely dreadful night with the baby and rushed off to work without taking my tablets.

Am I ok to wait until I get home around 5.30 before taking them or do I need to take them asap and go home to get them. Round trip would be 45 minutes so doable but I'd rather not as I have things in the diary I'd need to jiggle around.

Can anyone advise me?

If you call your local pharmacy they will be happy to give advice over the phone.
