to quickly ask for advice from a pharmacist or doctor

I'm just asking in case there are people on here now who know the answer - it's important but not life threatening hence me not going straight to my doctor/111 for advice.

I had pregnancy induced hypertension and my baby is now 11 months. The hypertension has persisted and I'm now on the following tablets:

20mg Candesartan
5mg Amlodipine

I've been taking this combination since 27/12/18 and so far my blood pressure has been steadily around 130/85 - not amazing but I was regularly up and around 150/95 on only the candesartan so the amlodipine has really helped.

I've just returned to work from mat leave and it's my third day - that's where I am now. I had an absolutely dreadful night with the baby and rushed off to work without taking my tablets.

Am I ok to wait until I get home around 5.30 before taking them or do I need to take them asap and go home to get them. Round trip would be 45 minutes so doable but I'd rather not as I have things in the diary I'd need to jiggle around.

Can anyone advise me?

Thank you.

If you call your local pharmacy they will be happy to give advice over the phone.

Oh god - why didn't I think of that?!
