My neck aches I'm sensitive to light ( just uncomfortable with it not painful) my head is sort of (silent?) Throbbing and my eyes and around head are slightly achy - does this make any sense at all - it's like a headache but with no pain?

Migraine maybe? I suffer from migraine 'auras' but without the headache part.

Absolutely - i have migraine which has distinct symptoms and majority of the time I don't actually have the one sided head pain although I do have a general throb all the time but that's a 3/4 out of 10 - I get predrome, aura, headache phase often minus the headache and the migraine hangover. It has hospitalized me more times than I can count off hand

Sounds like a tension headache- pain far worse in neck, upper back and shoulders then actual head

Have you a wheat cushion or hot water bottle you can put on it? X
