Just been really impressed with the staff in there a number of times. They are always so helpful, even if it means trying to sort something out that their system is not really set up to do easily. Anyone else found this?

yes and their online/phone service too. I had to ring before xmas when an item arrived damaged. They were really nice and sent out a new item on next day delivery. No hassle and easy to get through to them.

Yes I agree too, dealt with them online and they were excellent

The staff at the branch near my work where I collect my orders are really helpful and friendly.

I agree.

Purchased some items on click and collect. Got a call telling me my items were in and to come collect. Turned up and they weren’t there.

The store reordered them and were lovely, then before I even had a chance to raise the concern Wilkos emailed me a £15 gift card to apologise!

I took back an item that I had bought 7 months ago, never used. They gave me a credit note. I didn't really expect them to, but politely asked. They were quite apologetic that they could not give me cash, just a credit note, I was really pleased they took it back at all.

Not in our local one, she was more interested in speaking to her colleague, launched my stuff down the belt at high speed and never offered a bag, rude woman.

I love Wilko. A million times better than Woolies ever was.

Was in my local one today, absolutely packed with customers buying cleaning and back to school stuff. Massive queue, about 6 staff working flat out serving really fast, but still with a smile and a bit of chat.

No I don’t. I bought a tin of their own brand paint which didn’t match the tester colour. No problem I thought as the tin advertised that I could take it back if not happy under the Wilko paint promise even if opened. However when I took it back to Wilko they told me head office had emailed them and told them not to accept any paint back if it had been opened. I pointed out to them that this was breaking their own promise that was written on the tin but they still wouldn’t give me my money back.
