I recently had to give up my job as a support worker as I couldn't manage working FT with DS who has severe ASD, now that my DH has moved out.

They have asked me to go back as a bank worker which will give me flexibility which is great, plus I really like working with thr service users. My concern is how it would work with things like benefits and not having any job security. For example I don't think I could apply for credit or a mortgage for example with bank hours?

Had anyone else done similar?
