5' 4.5", 8 stone 7 pounds & a size 8.
I sometimes buy teenage clothes because age 13 in the likes of GAP & Boden are a women's size 8 nowadays (& they're usually cheaper than the adult version).
Not sure if that's an indication of a growing population size.

Snowflake01 · 30/12/2018 17:53

I'm 5"4, about 54kg and a size 8.

TheOnlyAletheia · 30/12/2018 18:30

5’5 and 8st 13

Usually a 10-12

LlamaShark · 30/12/2018 18:35

5ft 4.5, 126lb atleast I was before Christmas, inbetween a size 8 and 10.

PixieN · 30/12/2018 18:37

I’m 5ft5.5 and currently 11st 5 after putting on 5lbs over Christmas. I was nearly 12st at my biggest but lost some weight with slimming world. I wear size 14 jeans and 10/12 tops (sometimes 8 weirdly). Even when I got down to 10st 5 last year I was still in my size 14 jeans. My fave weight was 9st for my wedding some years ago (when I was 10/12 jeans) but would love to be 9st 7. Those of you who’ve lost the weight or maintain 9-9.5st at this height, how do you do it? Are you super strict diet and exercise wise?

MrsMartinRohde · 30/12/2018 19:40

5ft 4.5, about 8st 4. Prefer to be under 8st. Size 6-8, but 10 in an Oasis jumpsuit I bought last week (it was snug up top in the 8)

JC4PMPLZ · 31/12/2018 10:46

This doesn’t seem like much of a crosssection, given the bodies I see around me!

hypnotizzz · 31/12/2018 10:52

5'5 11 stone. Size 14, but only because I live in supermarket clothes that are generous with their sizing.

When I was 9.5 stone a few years ago and wearing suits I was a size 12.

feelingverylazytoday · 31/12/2018 11:13

I'm 5'4" , weight 10 stones 4 pounds, I'm currently wearing size 12. Trousers are getting a bit big though, I think I'll be buying 10s for the summer. Don't know about tops, I've always been top heavy.

DaphneduM · 31/12/2018 11:28

5'5' - 11 stone 5 lbs. Sizes all over the place, depending on the brand of the clothes. Find the Italian designer stuff comes up very small, just about to take back a Maria Grazia Severi jacket which is supposedly size 14 equivalent that I can't get done up. Having said that I have a Dolce and Gabbana coat that is the equivalent of a UK 8 which is fine, and a Pucci blazer size 12 that is OK (just). Normal day to day stuff I'm usually a 12/14 top and 14/16 bottom. On medication for an under-active thyroid and in my mid 60's. But must try harder to lose some weight. I love clothes!!!!

burdog · 31/12/2018 11:29

5'6" and 12 stone 7 (down from 14 stone 10!) I'm a 16 if i suck my massive tum in. I want to get to a 31.5 inch waist (currently 34.5) and see where i go from there.

Cannethink · 31/12/2018 11:35

@Mainchanger..hellishly awesome achievement! Good for you!

Montsti · 31/12/2018 11:51

5ft3in - 52.5kg (8,3 I think)...usually a size 8 but anywhere between a 6-10 depending on the shop...

pigsinarow · 31/12/2018 11:57

I’ve always wondered whether I was ‘heavy boned’ and this thread has confirmed it for me! I’m 5’ 5” and weigh 11 stone 7. I wear a size 10 on top and a 12 on bottom. I’m fit but not at all muscly!

youcanthaveitchyteeth · 31/12/2018 11:57

5'5''
Fluctuate between 10st 10lb and 11st
Wear a size 12 mostly, can be a 14 in places like H&M and a size ten in other shops

EllieMentry · 31/12/2018 12:05

I'm 5'5" and 9st 7lbs.

Usually wear a 12 but sometimes a 10 depending on shop, style etc.

cliffdiver · 31/12/2018 12:10

Size 6.

Not sure what I weigh (don't have scales) - around 7 1/2 st I think.

CurlyMango · 31/12/2018 14:48

78kg. Size 14. 5f 5

Drogonssmile · 31/12/2018 14:53

I'm 5'5.5" and currently 10st7lb and a size 12.
I want to get back down to 9st7lb and a size 10 because most of my clothes don't fit me!! Damn you, Christmas food..........

deptfordgirl · 31/12/2018 15:05

5.5, 9 stone, size 8-10.

HildaZelda · 31/12/2018 15:13

5'3", 7 1/2 stone. Size 6-8.

KevinTheYuccaPlant · 31/12/2018 16:52

5'5" and 11st11lbs, my highest ever. Size 12s are getting a bit tight. (I spend a lot of time walking up and down steep hills and lugging 15kg hay bales and 20kg feed sacks around, so I carry a lot of muscle on my legs and back). When I was a teenager I went down to 7st12lbs after an illness and looked dreadful. I feel fabulous at 9st7lbs to 9st10lbs, but will be happy if can get back under 10st4lbs this year, as that's been the lowest I've managed for the past 3 years.
