To ask your turkey and vegetable soup recipe

I can't seem to find a turkey and vegetable smooth recipe.

I know in previous years I've made the broth from the carcass and then added root veg.

I can't find a recipe link to know quantities etc, has anyone got a link please?

Make stock with bones, onion, celery, carrot and bayleaf. Cook veg of your choice in stock ( root veg, onions, leeknetc work best). Maybe some pearl barley, lentils or scotch broth mix. Salt, pepper. Add a bit of turkey meat if you want. Liquidise if you want it smooth. There isn't really a recipe with quantities, just use what you have available.
