You need to contact your local water authority and report it as urgent. There should be a free phone number and they have an obligation to come out to you to provide fresh water if it's an external issue

BringOnTheScience · 25/12/2018 18:24

England / Scotland / Wales? You need the water company, not the council.

Ah I thought it was council as they are aware of all the issues we have and usually send an engineer out and I'm south London Sad

Def give Thames Water a ring.
The lack of cold but having hot earlier suggests that the external supply stopped a while ago and you've been using the hot water rank supply.

BringOnTheScience · 25/12/2018 18:57

Tank - not rank!

Ring Thames water back ant ask them if they have a different emergency council number. They possibly do.

With having a child young enough to be making formula for you should be getting bottled water provided. Get back on the phone and tell them your situation and insist on emergency water supplies.
