To be a tad annoyed?

DH went to take sowing ILs presents whilst I was working today.

I'd got them some stuff as well, neatly wrapped under the tree with the rest

Texted him to see if he was home yet. He forgot to take my present (that he knew was under the tree).

Apparently I should have put it by the door, before leave for work at 6:30am.

Aaargh!

A bit annoying yes but can understand how they could have been forgotten at that time. Text them and let them know they have some gifts from you.

Could be worse. DH is claiming he may have left my present at work 😡
I reminded him on Friday to check he had brought all presents home and he defensively told me he already had. Not sure if he is trying to be funny or not. Wouldn’t put it past him either way!

Something to look forward to then, hiding ? I don’t understand adults who stress about Christmas presents.
