Ordered Tesco’s shop to my new adress amended the order last night and they automatically changed to my old adress luckily I checked today. Apparently they can’t do anything except cancel my order unless I pick up from store I don’t drive I don’t no what to do I will have to get a taxi to the store I’ve got a funeral tomorrow and on Saturday im working Sunday and Monday :(

I'm guessing it's some kind of anti fraud measure on their part. Can you get someone to collect for you?

Tessabelle1 · 20/12/2018 17:21

Tricky one, you could say it's your fault for not checking the adress. I suspect Tesco can't deliver your order to your new home as slots and routes have been booked up for weeks but it doesn't seem brilliant customer service that they can't come to some arrangement with you

It's pretty clearly your fault for not checking.

So slot was booked to my new adress for a whole week I checked last night I added some milk to my basket and it made me re confirm the new charge and changed it to the old adress

Although not ideal I think taxi option is best.
