Impressive nibbles for morning

Fashionista101 · 20/12/2018 15:53

Im meeting a bunch of lovely ladies tomorrow morning for some crafting. I said I'll bring nibbles. What on earth do I take? I want to impress but I need to prepare before hand. Maybe some bucksfizz also? We will all be driving and it's Christmas crafting.

Mini muffins? Mince pies?

KatnissMellark · 20/12/2018 15:59

Mini bagel with salmon and cream cheese, mini pastries? Brunchy!

Take orange juice and alcohol free prosecco so festive but all can partake.
Mini pastries sounds ideal.

AndThereSaw · 20/12/2018 16:01

mini stollen

parmesan crisps
cheesy bread twists

both dead easy to make and you will probably have the ingredients in anyway

RCohle · 20/12/2018 16:04

You could do breakfast canapés so things like: smoked salmon blinis, fruit skewers, mini pancakes with blueberry syrup, choux puffs filled with bacon and mushroom in a cheese sauce, mini omelettes in muffin tins, shot glasses of yoghurt parfaits.

Or maybe keep it more simple and festive, and do things like mince pie twists www.jusrol.co.uk/pastry-recipes/festive-mince-pie-twists

I read this as "impressive nipples" and thought it might be lime the female equivalent of morning glory.

Creamed Cheese smoked salmon belinis sound like a good idea. Can literally open and assemble. Alcohol free fizz also a great idea!

Why would you take Bucks Fizz if you're all driving? Confused

GlitterStick · 20/12/2018 18:08
