AIBU to want to contact Amazon somehow?

I have been getting lots of amazon orders. All delivered with no problems. Apart from one which was attempted yesterday but said they couldn't find the address and when they tried to deliver today they say 'failed attempt'. I am sitting right here.

I cannot find how to contact them. Yesterday I was tracking the order and the van was '1 stop away' in my road, but then it never made it.

I don't know who the courrier is, or how to contact Amazon. I don't see any tracking details apart from 'delivered by Amazon'.

Google amazon customer services

ChardonnaysPrettySister · 18/12/2018 16:11

Bottom right of the page.

They have live chat or call back options.

sleepwhenidie · 18/12/2018 16:12

If you keep following the 'contact us' ... 'need more help' trail from the bottom of the page you can do it - I remember actually speaking to a very helpful person once!

Redglitter · 18/12/2018 16:12

If you use the app open the side bar which gives you orders wish lists etc and scroll down to Customer Services select that

BuggerOffAndGoodDayToYou · 18/12/2018 16:15

I’ve never had any trouble speaking to Amazon. Bottom right of page, click through detailing your issue... you will need “where’s my stuff” then choose callback option. You get a call in literally seconds in my experience.

Thiswayorthatway · 18/12/2018 16:16

Go to Your Orders. Click on the order, email Amazon link. IME they reply within 24 hrs

Doyoumind · 18/12/2018 16:18

Also confused why you can't get hold of them. You can chat to or phone them easily.

Doyoumind · 18/12/2018 16:19

Don't email. You can speak to them immediately. If you leave it to email you risk not getting it sorted quickly.

Bumbumtaloo · 18/12/2018 16:21

I’ve always found the live chat really helpful and Amazon are usually really quick to resolve a problem. You can find that option in the same place as their phone number.

Fatbutt · 18/12/2018 16:43

Use live chat - then they cannot go back on what they offer you and you both have a copy of what was said!

MakeAHouseAHome · 18/12/2018 16:44

Live Chat or their callback service is 5he best way to go. So easy to contact Amazon.

Lettermethis · 18/12/2018 16:46

Another vote for live chat. I was online chatting to them & they then called me immediately to sort the problem (delivery driver had left parcel outsude my front door, but had put 'delivered through letterbox' Angry ) lucky a neighbour rescued it for me before it got stolen!

loubluee · 18/12/2018 16:53

I just phone them. They contacted the courier whilst I was on the phone and sorted it.

Jfw82 · 18/12/2018 16:56

Another vote for live chat. I feel your pains as I have just had to do same with yodel who were showing I was next stop and then 5 mins later it says driver can't locate my property (despite it being exactly where their tracker shows it to be located Angry) and this is after Sunday when they ran out of time!

negomi90 · 18/12/2018 16:59

There's a live chat button - they were really good when I had a problem last week.

CaroloftheBalls · 18/12/2018 17:01

You can chat to them within one minute, it’s easy.

Dragonglass · 18/12/2018 17:01

I just google 'amazon contact us' when I need to contact them as I can never find the link on the website. I've looked on the bottom right of the page and it's not there!

WidowTwonky · 18/12/2018 17:04

Amazon provide v good customer service ime

I8toys · 18/12/2018 17:04

Live chat. always use it when I have a problem

misskatamari · 18/12/2018 18:05

Just look up customer services as op said. They're always really helpful on the phone if you call them up

eurochick · 18/12/2018 18:06

I suspect the driver can't get round everyone on his list so he's marking some of them that way. Contact amazon or be patient.

TheOrigBrave · 18/12/2018 20:42

Thanks. For some reason I had to dig a bit to find the chat, but I got there and I think it's sorted out.
I'm not desparate, it's just that I don't want them to give up.

Amazon has to be one of the easiest companies to make contact with - they even have a call back option. The only gripe with Amazon is their (tremendously exceptional) customer service has been dipping of late - their halo seems to be slipping.

Very bottom of webpage click help - but don't click help with orders bit as that will keep looping you round to your orders screen.

e1y1 · 18/12/2018 20:45

Oh sorry, cross posted. Glad you've sorted it.
