I saw a great TEDx talk by Cassie Jaye, the maker of the film and then watched the documentary itself.

Watching the two in this order really opened my eyes and made me think a lot.

Anyone else?

No but I will do. If I'm not mistaken isn't that the Placibo effect.

I'm not sure if that's a clever point that went right over my head or a joke or a misunderstanding.

"The red pill and its opposite, the blue pill, are a popular cultural meme, a metaphor representing the choice between: Knowledge, freedom, uncertainty and the brutal truths of reality (red pill) Security, happiness, beauty, and the blissful ignorance of illusion (blue pill)"

I certainly agree with blissful ignorance vs uncertainty from knowledge. Shakespeare and Russell said similar.

"A fool thinks himself wise, but a wise man knows himself to be a fool" and "fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves and wiser people are so full of doubt"

I watched it.

Something that jumped out at me was how feminists looked to twist words of others to either support their claims or make the utterer seem like a monster.

The short TEDx was excellent.
