TO ask if anyone understands Ted Baker returns?

Planning on buying some bits for Xmas from Ted Baker. Return policy is not straight forward tho. Says 14 days return period. Collect + costs £3 but can return in store as well but it doesn't mention if it's free or not? Anyone returned anything to Ted Baker before ?

I imagine it's free to return in-store as it doesn't cost them anything

I normally buy ted baker stuff from a department store now as returns are easier. In store, you can only exchange not get a refund and faulty goods are sent to head office before they refund.
Obviously as you are using online you will be entitled to refund but if it’s available for the same price at John Lewis etc I’d buy it from there because it’s more flexible

Maybe if you hug the CEO you can return items for free.

Free returns in store when I've used it.

Order through John Lewis or similar.
