To ask you to help me! (Last minute Christmas gift)

I stupidly agreed to do a Secret Santa on a Facebook group and need to send it by Tuesday. I am stuck as it has to be home made! I am not crafty either.

Melt chocolate in ice cube tray. Stick a stick in it. Leave it to set. Wrap in cellophane. Et voila home made hot chocalate!
