Any ideas to help me get more organized and stop me feeling like in always chasing my tail or is this how it is now? 7 month baby , love him to pieces, husband is great, however works so hard and lots of hours, we don't have any family that can help us out in any practical ways , one family member is really unwell so this takes alot of my time and worry, in trying to lose the baby weight, trying my best at being a good mummy! Go to baby groups, walk the dog, washing! I Just need to get up earlier and earlier and be more organized but how im tired, Any tips that will make a difference without adding more stress, generally loving my new mummy life but aibu to think I can get on top of things ?

Biggest tip there is: stop giving yourself a hard time. Stop expecting too much of yourself. Know that it changes before you realise it.

Just keep your head above water as best you can. It’s tough, you’ll be knackered, it may take longer to lose the baby weight than you think - but it will all work out. Slowly it gets easier.

Be kind to yourself.
