ROFL

Thank god - someone with some common sense

Georgie11 · 24/06/2007 22:36

I missed the earlier posts, is she concerned regarding the word 'black'?

pointydog · 24/06/2007 22:37

oh no. This is getting pretty awful now.

Piffle · 24/06/2007 22:38

And the unfortunate end of Ginger

Georgie11 · 24/06/2007 22:40

I'm serious, why was she concerned about reading Black Beauty? I'm intrigued ...

SayNoToMissionary · 24/06/2007 22:43

Read the OP. Think she is being ironic

MrsWeasley · 24/06/2007 22:44

LOL

pointydog · 24/06/2007 22:47

But this is just yet another thread which could cause offence.

MamaMaiasaura · 24/06/2007 22:47

OMG you are right... Burn the books! Can we ban Free Willy for the sexual connations too?

AnnaSewell · 24/06/2007 22:48

it's your choice to be offended pointy...

OP posts:
pointydog · 24/06/2007 22:50

I don't think people have much 'choice' about whether they find something offensive or not. You are just goading people now. I'm off.

Saturn74 · 24/06/2007 22:51

I agree with you, pointy.

Georgie11 · 24/06/2007 22:53

If I was being ironic, I would say that the original poster (and not having seen it) is:
(a) A horse-ophobe who does not like stories about horses
(b) A beauty-ophobe who does not like stories about physical image
(c) A black-ophobe who does not like stories containing the word black
(d) A brilliant-story-ophobe who doesn't like good stories.

If the original poster had a more significant point to make, I apologise in advance for my irony.
