That's truly shocking.
Unfortunately, parole boards seem to be more concerned with the 'rights' of violent criminals to be allowed back into society than the right of society to be protected from violent criminals.
If he repeats his crime, or some version of it, no doubt the parole board will issue a 'heart felt' apology to the family of the victims.
It's happened before and doubtless it'll happen again.
I'm against capital punishment, because I think it demeans society. But life should mean life. This man should never even be considered for release, let alone actually step foot outside prison gates again.
