To ask what your DP did last that made you laugh?

It would be good to hear about funny times at home that you have. My DP always makes me laugh, mostly by mispronouncing words (sometimes on purpose and almost always words rooted in French origin) so beef bourguignon became 'beef bajeenies' 😅

At lunchtime he just bit into some toast we're having with our soup and heard a crunch. His eyes widened and he perked up like a meerkat at the sound but we quickly realised it was because the bread was seeded and not his tooth crunching. Cue us giggling like schoolgirls at the dining table whilst our DS naps.

What has your DP done recently that made you crease up laughing?

Bought me flowers to cheer me up, and bought fake ones without realising. I knew immediately and he realised a few hours later and started profusely apologising assuming I also hadn’t noticed. I like that they won’t die on me

My heavily pregnant friend and her DH were doing a supermarket shop shortly before their due date. They'd been looking at all the pre-made cartons of baby milk for when out and about.

Several aisles later, friend realises DH is not with her. Returns to the baby milk and there he is, looking peplexed. He was confused by the cartons not coming with a straw attached to them a la Capri Sun.

DH was putting the ceiling decs up and didn't think to turn the light off while he was doing the centre of the room so he had a bright light in his face.
Next I hear is him saying (to the light) 'You're very bright you know ... and no that's not a compliment!!'
I found it far funnier than I should. Xmas Grin

We were both in the mood. But I'm pregnant and rolling over involves an 8 point turn. I said "It'll be like shagging a stranded seal!" He just grinned and said "Don't worry, I am the walrus, coo coo ca joo".

You probably had to be there but it made me laugh.

I’m off work with depression at the minute and every morning he’s been trying to make me smile. This morning was walking into the bedroom after a shower with his boxers pulled up under his nips, swaying his hips and asking if he looked hot. I couldn’t stop laughing. He’s so weird and my absolutely rock.

They were stuck in traffic because a lane was closed and another of his colleagues was following him and Stu. He decided to change lanes so they were beside each other and stick his middle finger up to them because it's hilarious banter Hmmhe literally sat in the traffic next to them for ten minutes doing it.

DH sent me a Snapchat video starting at the lane closure, going across to the idiot in the other car and then back to him and Stu. He captioned it "Cones to the left of me, jokers to the right. Here I am stuck in the middle with Stu."

It was a while ago, but always makes me laugh when I remember it.

DH was looking out in the back garden and called to me "Hey, come over here and see this big snail. It hasn't got a shell".

It was a slug!

DH is not the sharpest tool in the box sometimes Grin

We have a thing about putting stickers in silly places and waiting for the other to notice, this was his most recent. We had mice in there not long ago (cupboard under stairs). I'm about to deface a picture of our daughter at 2 weeks old with googly eyes in response Grin

My dh does a very accurate impression of Noel Fitzpatrick,aka Supervet,where he takes the mickey out of him saying, 'This is the hardest operation I've ever done in me life' etc.
It's so funny,I sometimes just put Supervet on,not because I really want to watch it,just so he'll do his impression!

RavenLG That would have me in tears laughing, sounds just like something my DP would do 😂

QueenOfCatan googly eyes make everything funnier - reminds me when they put them over their eyes on Conan.
