14mo DS has an ear infection in both ears and a stinking cold. Would I be silly to take him for a walk to the shop in his pram. It's about ten mins away, I thought the fresh air might do him some good of wrapped up warm? Would I make him worse?

Absolutely fine, he'll probably benefit from the fresh air and enjoy getting out.

Wishing him well, it's no fun.

Put a hat on him that covers his ears and give him any medicine he's been taking/prescribed before you leave and you'll be fine.

Wrapped up and with a hat on sounds a great idea

Poor boy :( I have an ear infection and the moment in one ear and it's brutal! (Though I think the second is is developing one too😣)

I'm sure a walk with him in the pram will be fine :) just stick a hat on him.

Maybe you could get him some ear drops whilst you're out (if you don't already have some)- I need some and don't feel well enough to go out to get them so I'm sending my boyfriend at lunch :)

absolutely fine, but yes, something that covers his ears and keeps them warm - when I have an ear infection, nothing makes them hurt like any kind of cold or breeze
