3 weeks ago I placed an order for an accessory as a Christmas present for me from DH.
On the same day I received a confirmation email.
Last week the item hadn't arrived, online tracking didn't work so I rang customer service. They looked it all up and said it was with Hermes.
It still hadn't arrived this morning so I rang again. The reply? 'Sorry it's lost and we haven't got any in stock and won't be getting any more'. I have been refunded but AIBU to be mighty pissed off?
