The local council have been and decorated our road for Xmas.
We have flashing lights everywhere, security fencing to keep the masses back, lots of bright colours everywhere and it's looking fantastic. Yesterday they installed the piece de resistance - a special room for Santa to rest in.
Yes, our xmas decorations are road works, spray paint and a fucking portaloo right outside our garden gate for the next month. Apparently they will finish on the 12th night.
How lucky are we? Has anybody gone one better?
