Worried about my daughters school

My daughter is 6 and in year one and I work part time at her school as a dinner lady and in the last few months I have seen the behaviour in her school go from good to awful, the children are disrespectful rude and just generally awful, so much so that two teachers are leaving by xmas this year due to having classes that they can't cope with. I am completely worried that this will effect my daughter in the long run, AIBU to want to pull her out and put her somewhere where the children have more consequences and where she will get more positive attention? The better behaved children don't seem to get as much preferential treatment as the ones who aren't so well behaved. I am only in for about two hours a day and it is so draining and difficult I really feel for these teachers who work there full time, should I see if the behaviour at the school improves before making such a major decision?

What's changed? Why has it gone downhill do you think?
