Sleep deprived because I... breathed? (Lighthearted)

Woke up in a panic at 5am this morning to DP suddenly sitting up in bed and anxiously asking/almost shouting “what’s that noise?!!” - I listened, heart racing, but couldn’t hear anything and asked him what kind of noise.

DP: “like a sort of hissing or blowing sound, like really loud breathing! It’s stopped now”

Me: “Hmm... could it have been... me breathing, perhaps?”

Him: “Yeah... probably”

I was a bit freaked out regardless so I asked him to check on two year old DD. He went in, she woke up completely fine and wanting to get up so I told him to bring her to our bed which he did then promptly fell back asleep. DD was not content with sitting quietly while I went back to sleep (unsurprisingly) so I just got up with her and went downstairs and started the day about three hours too early.

I’m now tired and in a bad mood for no other reason than apparently breathing. Should I LTB?

My husband sometimes wakes me up with incredibly loud breathing. But I don't jump up and say WHAT'S THAT?! Grin
