Neighbours garden driving me mad....

Just a light hearted thread really....

Next door have STILL got their Halloween decorations out in their garden. They are always working or out doing something so I figured they've had no time to take them down.

They put their Christmas decorations up about 2 weeks ago and left the Halloween stuff out too!

The front garden is full of pumpkins and skeletons as well as a wreath on the door and snow and lights in the window. With reindeer's mixed among the skeletons in the garden. Tbf it looks weird but quite nice in a way.....

They have no kids but my dcs are massively confused by it all lol. I'm guessing they will leave it all as it is until after Christmas. I like it but it's driving our other neighbour absolutely bonkers and she's apparently going to say something to them lol.

Would it drive you mad?

And the title of this thread shouldn't be driving me mad lol! It should be driving my other neighbour mad - I always go wrong with my posts somewhere

Ha ha. Yes that does sound a bit strange having reindeer and skeletons.

Chamomileteaplease · 30/11/2018 10:14

This is very outing! Unless there are other strange decoration lovers out there Smile

I'm afraid if a neighbour came round and 'had a word' about stuff in my garden I'd leave it there longer, just to piss them off. It's not like it's a worn out sofa and an old freezer is it? (Incidentally, our neighbours 3 doors down have a front garden that resembles Steptoe's yard; I just ignore it).

It's not really outing, we have people here still with pumpkins and other assorted Halloween decorations in their gardens.
