I’ve had a headache for four days. Its like a vice on my head and my neck is very sore. It’s gotten worse each day and tonight I’m in serious pain. I’ve tried cold pack on my head (temporary soothing) and I’ve taken paractemol and ibuprofen neither work. I’ve tried migraine tablet given by pharmacist today also did nothing. I’m scared to go into the night to be honest. Any advice?
