AIBU to worry that this thrush isn't thrush?

Ladies, has anyone had thrush that's been so sore and inflamed that you've bled? And I don't mean bleeding from inside the vagina, but from around it? This is my second bout in six weeks. The first cleared with a Once tablet but now it's come back worse. Anyone got a similar experience? Or should I panic?

Would be worth going to the GP. Are there any white patches? Might be lichen sclerosis.

Sorry lichen sclerosus

I've not looked. I will when I go for a shower in a bit

If it's super itchy could be lichen sclerosis

It is really itchy. I've not scratched it at all but wiping with toilet paper this morning caused bleeding
