To ask why is Berocca over 18s?

Posting for traffic. DS & I just after a week of antibiotics for throat infections. Felt we could do with a vitamin boost so bought Berocca. When I was reading it it said only suitable for over 18s? Can anybody tell me why this is please? DS is 10. Thanks!!

Maybe it's because they have way over the RDA of many of the vitamins

Its because the levels of vitamins will be above the RDA for children. There are plenty of childrens vitamin tablets

That makes sense thanks- next challenge to find something as tasty as Berocca for him🙈 He will chew the gummy bears but will not take any 'tablet' form vitamins.
