and I can't bloody stand it...! She has lived a pretty good life, nice house, lovely town, nice holidays, change of house decor/new furniture every few years (which is what she chooses to do) meals out, nice clothes but oh......... she loves to moan and if she is ill...... well.... she literally cries..... my poor Dad I do not know how he has put up with her all these years. I probably sound like a horrid, uncaring daughter but I am actually a really nice person and care for anyone who is genuinely ill. This is a genuine question - what is it like to be a hypnochondriac? and how do you cope with one? Luckily I don't have to live with her and haven't for many a decade. Just interested - is it a mental illness - should I have more compassion?
