I have no time for the smug ‘I grew up in a better generation!’ Type stuff like this tbh.

Oysterbabe · 25/11/2018 21:32

Nah it's bollocks. Apart from the smacked arse, isn't this what most parents do now?

Babyroobs · 25/11/2018 21:33

Just the usual irritating rap that people post on facebook all the time.

C0untDucku1a · 25/11/2018 21:33

I think it is wanky

Caprisunorange · 25/11/2018 21:33

The person sounds a bit thick. What does she think other parents do?

PhilomenaButterfly · 25/11/2018 21:34

I agree with some of it. Smacked arses, being given food you don't like and expected to eat it, not being allowed to choose your clothes, not so much.

LL83 · 25/11/2018 21:34

The mum isn't abusive (disagree with smacking). The child turned out fine like most people.

I suppose the message is children are over indulged and spoiled and grow up to be selfish and that is what is wrong with society. I don't think it is that simple.

Ohyesiam · 25/11/2018 21:36

Some of the most fucked up
People I know think they are fine. I wonder if it was the smacked arses?
