To take this long to work out how ‘Father Christmas’ did it?

Long after I stopped believing, I couldn’t work out how my Mum managed to get all of my presents into my room and into the pillowcase hung on my bed without me noticing,
It’s taken two children to make me realise that stealth is not an issue. I could march a brass band through their rooms and they wouldn’t twitch!
(Unless I accidentally hit the squeaky floorboard on the landing...then it’s game over!)

Grin

It’s amazing how much noise a small child can sleep through Grin

I only discovered in my late 20s that there were two stockings! An empty one that I hung up and a pre-stuffed one that my mum switched them on Christmas Eve. She’s still bitter about a year when I tied the empty one up with lots of knots!

Slight embarrassed that it didn’t occur to me any earlier, considering socks come in pairs!

Only stockings came in our bedrooms, all the other presents appeared under the tree on Christmas morning. Only stockings were from Santa

Ahh...see that’s a completely different debate! If Father Christmas buys the presents, what do you get from your parents?
I got all of my presents in a pillowcase but my Mum ‘helped’ Father Christmas so they were from her too.x

My 3 year old recently had a nap in a football stadium during a game! It's amazing how deeply they can sleep.
