Earlier today my foot was hurting as I walked and when I crouched down. Felt bruised on the top where my second and third toe meet but no sign of bruising.
I've just got out the bath and have a large, dark bruise in that place. It looks like I've dropped something heavy on it and its very painful to move my toes or walk.
But I have no idea how it happened! I haven't been stepped on or dropped anything on it. What could it be?
