Medical termination. Worried

Apologies for posting in AIBU but I didn't know what category to put this in. Basically yesterday I had a medical termination with tablets being taken at 5:30 about 3:30 hours later I began to bleed and lost one big clot. An hour an a half later lost another fairly large clot and since have lost a few small ones. My issue is though today the bleeding is almost gone there's some bleeding but not much I though I'm worried it could not have worked has anyone had this?

If you are concerned that it hasn't worked then phone your GP or clinic (wherever you were given the tablets). They can give you an ultrasound or other test to confirm.

Iv contacted the clinic who unfortunately are shut I also contacted the helpline and they basically said it sounds as though it's passed but they're not sure why I'm not bleeding as a normal period and to keep an eye out and book for a scan ASAP.
