How young is too young for loo cleaning?

Hey all. We are in a traffic jam at the moment. There are 6 people in our house between age 10 and 50. Some say I should do all the toilet and wet room cleaning but I say we all make the mess. We have one toilet and one shower.

So. Should we have a rota where one person cleans the actual loo and empties the loo bin each day and we take weekly turns in the shower......or is it all down to me?

This is not about hours worked etc as we all use the facilities equally.

So?

As long as they can be trusted to use strong chemicals safely and to be hygienic and clean hands afterward etc. So depends on the child.
A rota sounds fair.

I'd say 10 is a little young for sooe responsibility of a bathroom clean, but can certainly help. The rest should help equally.

I don’t think the loo needs cleaning every day for a start....

But I’d say 13+ take turns on a mutually agreed rota.

I pay DS2 to do our bathrooms. He's prob been doing it since he was 14.
