Christmas crackers that con't contain a shit "gift", and that aren't horrifically expensive or branded?

I just want some nice christmassy looking ones with a hat, naff joke and some chocs inside - can i find any? Can i heck.

I can find chocolate filled ones - but they are really heavily branded (Hotel Chocolat etc). I can buy ones with chocolate inside off etsy - but they are expensive (and boring classy looking rather than festooned with reindeer Grin ).

Current plan is to buy some £7 ones out Tesco, empty the tat out and refill with some chocs - but seems wasteful (and yes, i know before anyone points it out, crackers are wasteful full stop).

Have i missed any gems?

I make my own, you can buy the kits in EBay that come with the jokes and hats etc then I just pop nice thinks in them. Previous years I have done scratch cards, mini toiletries, mini bottles of gin (these had to come with a warning)

This year I was organised and bought mini bottles of Molton brown at the outlet shop in the Jan sales, really cheap and they will go down well.

I do love a cracker 😂
