Has anyone had a mini face lift?

Embarrassed to even ask as know how pathetic/vain/superficial it comes across- well, is maybe. I’ve always been fine with my imperfections but have recently got to an age where when I look in the mirror I see an old woman with sagging jowels.

It’s called an “early intervention” lift which won’t be obviously noticeable but help me look more like I did a few years ago. Lasts on average 10 years.

Dh doesn’t want me to go through it but will support me either way. Am I truely stupid to go through that and all the related discomfort for vanity? has Anyone done this?

What does it entail?

If it makes you feel better and more confident and you find someone you trust to do it, then I would say do it.

Thank you. I have someone renound who I trust implicitly. General anaesthetic, nasty stitches for 48 hours and stying out of sight for a couple of weeks.

I guess it’s the feeling that there are people having ops for heartbreaking reasons and there’s me inflicting this on myself purely for vanity. Not much one can say to that I guess!
