What can I use instead of washing up liquid?

Feeling very strongly about not getting out of my pyjamas yet and going to the shop but I really need to do the dishes (dishwasher is broken).

Have no cunting washing up liquid though! What can I use as a replacement?

Please don't use a dishwasher tablet, they're caustic and will burn your skin!

Shampoo, hand wash, bar of soap, or if really desperate, salt.

Or just leave it till later?

To the earlier poster, you should always rinse off washing up liquid, its carcinogenic. My cousin used to work in cancer research and she told me this a long time ago.

I'd use handsoap...actually I have done that before. It was fine.

So this thread won’t have been in the active lists, so you must have had to search for a thread about washing up liquid, that or you scrolled through 6 months of AIBU threads to find this one

@HotToddyColdSauvignon Oh! No, I just searched on Google and it was on page 1. I'm going to be starting a blog on eco living and was seeing if there were any more alternatives. hadn't seen the dates on the other comments tbh 😂

I suspect the reason for resurrecting this zombie threads about fucking nothing was to promote some shite product that @daisyphelps is shilling.
