To walk off my grief

Just found out that a friend (ex best mate's sister) is at end of life care. As a group we spent a lot of time together, and this has brought up loads of memories. I need to walk and think but can't because it's dark, I am disabled due to knee problem and can't risk it. I really resent not being able to go out in the dark without worrying about my safety. AIBU?

YANBU. My knees are shafted too (RA) and it's bloody inconvenient. A good long walk is a great way to take stock of things and it really does affect my MH when I can't get out. Do feel free to talk to us vipers about your friend though.

What can you do? Can you stretch - be mindful - read - write?

Loud music on earphones, trust me
