I know with regard to MH it is a protected disability.I am unsure what this means in regard to zero hours.Basically I have worked 55 hour weeks for 16 months.I suffer anxiety and depression which is moderate.Somethings have left me drained recently and my health is suffering not to mention my mood.Many years ago I suffered.a breakdown so I know self care is important.I feel sometime off would enable me to recharge sleep and prevent further decline.
As far as I k now..I'm on Zero hours.Can my manager give me less if I was off for a few days despite my faultless record?
