It's nearly half nine. The baby has woken up several times each night for the last five bastard nights when I've only just got him going through the night. Not to mention the poor pets who are terrified yet again.
It's enough now. I get that it's Diwali, and I actually prefer the festival of light to bonfire night, I'm just sick of the inconsiderate late night banging waking up my children. Rant over

Yanbu. Diwali isn't until tomorrow is it?
Regardless I have two fed up cats who aren't allowed out after dark, luckily the baby doesn't seem to have noticed. There were some going off a few gardens away (I think) earlier, so loud!

YANBU. I'm guessing pretty much nobody is celebrating Diwali where I live - it's very monocultural. They're just being anti-social fuckers. My poor dog. My poor next door neighbours. Our poor ears.

Oh no, Diwali tomorrow? So another night of it. My poor dog threw up earlier he's so stressed Sad

I agree. Flipping dickheads did them at midnight last night like it was new year's bloody eve.
