All my best thoughts happen at night?

During the day I feel like a zombie where I am tired, sluggish and my brain just doesn't like to co operate too much. When it's night time I feel I function better where I have all my best ideas and thoughts and I want to get out of bed and do all the things I should be doing during the day but I don't because I know I need to sleep. Anyone else like this? What do you do to combat this?

Yes, I’m a bit the same.

I don’t combat it really, I go with the flow. I’ve got notebooks beside my bed to write stuff down, and then I ‘action’ it during the day. Grin

I feel more energized and motivated to do what needs doing at night time but day time I'm like a zombie and barely function. Very frustrating!!

Me too. It's bloody annoying as other people's expectations are that I should be able to function during the day. I can't. Fucking 9am appointments, piss off.

I’m the opposite-like that in the morning exhausted by 5pm. It’s so frustrating
