Second time in 2 weeks I was unable to log in remotely. Last time I went to the office and spent quite a while with Support, who told me totally the wrong things. Eventually got sorted out via telephone. Entailed an unplanned further night in a hotel.
Today I wasn't close enough to go to the office. Checked all the "stuff" that was wrong last time, nothing wrong, spent nearly an hour on the phone with support. Issue still not solved.
I will be billing for today as it is clearly not my problem. Luckily I was able to answer e-mails as I have this set up on my iPad.
My thoughts are, if you go for BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) you should ensure this actually works.
