Who sets off fireworks like ths?

Neighbours across the street are just setting one solitary firework off (incredibly loud) every 5 minutes. That's it. It's bloody annoying.

Loads of folk seem to be doing it around me. It's bonkers.

AIBU to tell them just to get the hell on with it (esp before my dog gets back home).
