To ask if you think dreams mean anything?

I know everyone has dreams, usually a lot of weird and wonderful stuff if you can actually remember them. But 2 months ago I was promoted and every single night since then my dreams have all involved various work colleagues but none have taken place in a work setting. I didn't dream about them before so why am I now?

I don't think they mean anything really. I think they can be linked to stresses and things though.

I had a dream that I spent a night with a popular online PT last night though and I'm a married woman so hopefully ir doesn't mean anything haha

They are usually linked to something in your subconscious. If you are stressed, concerned etc. It could just mean that you are worried about something to do with the promotion, probably how your colleagues will view you now, wether they will be the same with you or act different towards you.
