My phone stopped working yesterday, (showing no signal on o2)
I called o2 today and they say my phone had been blocked yesterday because I had done a live chat with them and reported it stolen......
It was so bizarre. I haven't contacted anyone about my phone. The call handler read out the chat I'd had with the o2 person!.
She said someone had to have had my account details and password to block the phone.
Why would you bother doing that?
I asked for the name of the person that did the live chat and they said it was me.... I am so perplexed by this.
Has this happened to anyone else?
