To think that This Morning should be ashamed...

.... for giving airtime to a woman who clearly has mental health problems? Getting a cheap laugh at someone’s expense seems very cruel.

This is a woman who thinks she is engaged to a ghost.

Disgusting.

She was on the show in August , Eamonn was actually very kind to her at that time and kept it as factual as possible.

Today’s TM was a shocker , I’m surprised ITV gave Halloween so much bloody airtime today.

I've not seen her talking 'in person', I've only read about her ~ is she definitely unwell, as opposed to a fraud out for publicity/interview fees?

Well they had a man who thinks he’s a woman on not too long ago to gang up on an actual woman and tell her a man should be allowed to strip search her if he feels like a woman.

Yes, I saw it and felt so uncomfortable. Either she has some serious issues or she’s trying to carve out a niche for herself in, er, ghost shagging. Neither is a good reason to have her on the show.it was an awful slot. I thought that Philip felt a bit uncomfortable with it too, and Rochelle was just pretty speechless.

She seemed pretty genuine - in the sense that she really believes what she’s saying rather than just being in it for the craic.

I’m actually surprised at how strongly I feel about this.

I agree, it’s horrible. That’s what I hated about the X factor too, they pretend to take people seriously just to publicly laugh at them, it’s so cruel.

They do it every year. It's not new. In fact this year wasn't as out there as it has been.

We get weeks of xmas programmes one day for halloween doesn't seem much.

Tilly - yes, I had to stop watching XFactor as it was so uncomfortable laughing at obviously vulnerable people. You'd have to be very cruel to find that amusing

It was the whole programme. Nothong else. The worse bit is presenter after presenter coming on in their costumes even though they aren't on the show that day. Dr Chris wasn't even sure what he was dressed as Shock

This Morning is a pile of shite now. Used to be good. Holly and Phil get on my last nerve with the hilarious quips and laughing fits, laughing at private jokes and unfunny shit. Ruth and Eamonn aggravate me too, with their daft 'married couple' banter. And Rochelle annoys me too.

They have pointless nobodies on there as guests, like ghost woman, and Danielle bloody Westbrook! No decent celeb with any self respect would go on there now. Same with Loose Women. Bloody awful show, full of gobby, opinionated, rancid women who are sexist and bitter. I feel embarrassed for them.

It's a shame there isn't some more intelligent daytime TV that isn't just news - some of the women's shows in the US - Oprah was good in its day, and some of their daytime panel shows seem a bit more highbrow

I had a rare day off yesterday, switched on the tv and the Thai children who were rescued from the cave were lined up on the This Morning sofa.

I couldn't watch, it felt so horribly exploitative.
